Job description
As a Crane Operator in Demolition Works, you play a crucial role in the demolition process on-site, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of industrial demolition tasks. You work under the supervision of the site manager and collaborate with your team to complete assignments smoothly. This role requires a hands-on mentality and experience in operating large machinery. Safety for yourself and your colleagues is a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Operating larger machines (Band cranes and Crawler cranes ranging from 20 to 80 tons)
- You are responsible for ensuring that your machine is maintained and repaired as necessary
- Working with various tools and machines is not a problem for you. We think of: (jackhammer, breaker hammer, sorting grab, grinder)
- You discuss different methods of execution with the site manager. Thanks to your knowledge, you can also provide input on the techniques and possibilities
Skills & Experience
- Relevant work experience with the operation of a Band- or Rups crane in industrial demolition
- VCA Basic Safety Certificate
- Good command of the Dutch language
- You possess a category B driving license
- You are flexible
