  • Responsibilities

    As a Tender Engineer Oil & Gas, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality tender documentation for offshore decommissioning projects. You combine a keen eye for technical detail with strong commercial awareness. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.

    Your tasks will include:

    • Preparing tender documents for offshore decommissioning projects
    • Coordinating the entire tender process from start to finish
    • Collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, and QHSE
    • Reviewing tender documents from a technical and commercial perspective
    • Creating cost estimates, schedules, and risk analyses
    • Maintaining strong relationships with national and international clients
    • Presenting and defending tender proposals where required

    • Detail-oriented and process-minded – accurate work without losing sight of the bigger picture
    • Proactive attitude – you take initiative and come up with solutions
    • Excellent organisational skills – you keep track of tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • What you bring

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Offshore Engineering
    • At least 3 years of experience with tenders in the E&P sector, offshore, or industrial/maritime projects
    • Knowledge of offshore decommissioning or dismantling projects is an advantage
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English
    • Familiarity with the Offshore Safety Directive and QSHE processes
    • Willingness to travel and a valid Category B driving licence
    • Availability for a 40-hour work week
