Koole commenced with the demolition and remediation of the bauxite plant abroad. The plant was first opened in 1941 and covers over 85 acres with all of its buildings and installations.

The scope includes pre-cleaning, remediation of hazardous materials and demolition works and effectively removal of several complex buildings and structures from the site.
